All Madame Tulle veils and accessories are handmade to order.
Production times vary depending on the design and level of detail. Please refer to each individual product listing for current turnaround times before placing your order.
Shipping time is separate from production time.
We recommend ordering your veil as early as possible before your wedding date.

Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule and workload.

Approved rush orders will incur an additional rush fee.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier services.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide to selected countries.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.
Please note that delays caused by customs, postal carriers, weather events, or peak holiday periods are outside of our control.

Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, tariff, import taxes, handling fees, or additional charges required by their country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Madame Tulle is not responsible for delays, fees, or charges caused by customs processing.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees or import taxes, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and fees incurred.

European Union (EU) Orders
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, local VAT, import duties, customs fees, or handling charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations and order value.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Refund Policy
Change of Mind Returns
As all items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Due to the delicate and hygiene-sensitive nature of bridal veils and accessories, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.
Please carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, colours, and details before purchasing.
If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact us prior to ordering.

Can I Order a Veil to Try On and Return It?
As all veils are handmade to order specifically for each bride, we do not offer returns for trial purchases or change of mind.
We kindly ask that you carefully check the veil style, length, and colour before placing your order.
To help you choose the best match for your gown, we highly recommend purchasing our tulle swatches before ordering your veil.
If you are unsure about colours, tulle types, or veil styles, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email at veils@madametulle.com.au.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Free from perfume, makeup, or scents
- Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories
Once approved, we will arrange either:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund where applicable
If a replacement item is required, we will advise the estimated production timeframe before dispatch.

Order Cancellations
We accept cancellation requests for wedding veils within 3 days of purchase only.
Please note that rush orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.

Once approved, refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
We do not accept cancellation requests made through Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, or other social media platforms.

Handmade Product Disclaimer
All Madame Tulle veils and accessories are handmade to order using delicate bridal materials.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur between pieces and are considered part of the uniqueness and beauty of handcrafted items.
Minor variations in measurements, embellishment placement, drape, and overall appearance may occur.
Please note that veil lengths may vary slightly (approximately up to 3–5 cm) due to the handmade production process and the delicate nature of bridal tulle.
Pearl, bead, crystal, and embellishment placement may also vary slightly from piece to piece.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and device displays.
Soft bridal tulle is designed to drape naturally, and the appearance of the veil may vary slightly depending on handling, styling, storage, and steaming.
These slight variations are not considered faults or defects.

Appointment Policy
Madame Tulle does not operate a traditional retail storefront and we do not accept walk-ins.
Private veil appointments are available by appointment only at our Alexandria studio in Sydney.

Product Care Policy
Your veil has been carefully handcrafted from delicate bridal tulle and should be handled with care.
We recommend hanging your veil upon arrival to allow any creases to naturally fall out. For longer veil styles, hang from a high point or gently drape the veil over a hanger.
If needed, creases can be carefully removed using a garment steamer. Hold the steamer approximately 10–15 cm away from the fabric and check regularly while steaming.
Alternatively, a cool iron may be used with a clean white cloth or sheet placed between the iron and the veil.

Important Care Notes
- Avoid stepping on the veil to prevent damage or slipping
- Embellished veils containing pearls, crystals, or beads may include small parts
- Keep veils away from children and pets
- Store your veil in a clean, dry area away from direct sunlight

Customisation Policy
Do You Accept Custom Veil Designs?
At this stage, we do not accept fully custom veil designs or recreate designs from other brands, images, or inspiration photos.

Can Existing Designs Be Customised?
Yes. We can offer limited customisation on selected Madame Tulle original designs.
Available customisations may include:
- Veil length adjustments
- Veil width adjustments
- Adding or reducing pearls or embellishments
- Personalised embroidery
- Minor design modifications

Embroidery Services
We only offer embroidery services on Madame Tulle veils.
Due to the delicate nature of bridal tulle and the specialised handling required during embroidery, we are unable to embroider veils purchased from other stores or brands.
This policy helps us maintain the quality, integrity, and workmanship of every veil.
