Choosing your veil is such a special part of your bridal journey, and we would love to welcome you into our Sydney studio to experience our veils in person.
At Madame Tulle, we offer private veil appointments by appointment only, where brides can explore our collections, try on veils, and receive personalised guidance in finding the perfect piece for their wedding day.
Please note that our Alexandria space is a working studio, not a retail storefront. All visits are strictly by appointment only.

Before You Book Your Appointment
Before reaching out to book your appointment, here are a few helpful things to know:
Our Veils Are Made To Order
All Madame Tulle veils are handmade to order. Production times vary depending on the design, so we kindly ask brides to check the estimated production timeframe listed within each product description on our website before booking.
Custom Design Requests
At this stage, we do not accept fully custom veil designs made from scratch, nor do we recreate designs from other brands, designers, or reference images. During your appointment, we will guide you through our existing collections and help you find a design that best suits your gown and bridal style.
Browse Our Collection Before Visiting
We highly recommend browsing our veil collections online before your appointment. This helps you become familiar with our styles, lengths, details, and pricing, allowing you to make the most of your visit with us.
Saturdays Only
Our studio appointments are currently available on Saturdays only.
However, we understand that some brides may have difficulty attending on Saturdays, especially with approaching wedding dates. In urgent situations, we may be able to accommodate limited weekday or after-hours appointments where possible. Please contact us via email to discuss availability.
Preparing For Your Appointment
To help make your appointment as enjoyable and productive as possible, here are a few things we recommend before visiting us:
Bring Your Wedding Dress (If You Can)
If you already have your gown, we highly encourage bringing it with you to your appointment. Trying veils with your dress is the best way to match the style, colour, and overall bridal look.
If you do not yet have your gown, that is absolutely okay. If available, you are welcome to bring a fabric swatch so we can help colour match your veil more accurately, but please don’t stress if you don’t have one.
Guest Limit
As our studio is a small working space, we kindly ask brides to bring no more than 2 guests to their appointment.
Appointment Duration
Appointments are scheduled for 1 hour.
If you are running late, need to cancel, or would like to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice via email.

Please note that there is no Madame Tulle signage outside the building, as this is not a retail shopfront.
To find us:
- Enter the building via the Maddox Street entrance
- Once inside, you will see a staircase directly in front of you
- Head upstairs to the 1st Floor, turn to your right, and you’ll find us at Suite 17
Street parking is usually available along Maddox Street and the Euston Road side.
Lift Access
There is lift access available at the rear of the building. As it can be difficult for visitors to locate, please let us know ahead of time if you require lift access and we will gladly assist you.
