A Note About Our Ready-to-Ship Veils

Our collection includes both brand-new veils and studio samples. Studio samples have only been displayed and tried on during bridal appointments at our Sydney studio. They have never been worn at a wedding or taken outside our studio.

As studio samples may show minor signs of handling or try-ons, any noticeable imperfections will be disclosed in the individual product descriptions.

Please check each veil's measurements, colour and condition carefully before purchasing, as these pieces are sold in their listed specifications and cannot be customised.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases from our Ready to Ship collection are final for change-of-mind purposes. Due to the limited and one-off nature of these pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Are all ready-to-ship wedding veils brand new?

Our collection includes both brand-new veils and selected studio samples.

Brand-new veils have never been worn or tried on, while studio samples have only been displayed and tried on during bridal appointments at our Sydney studio. Each product description clearly identifies the veil's condition.

What are studio sample veils?

Studio samples are veils previously displayed in our Sydney bridal studio for brides to try on during appointments.

They have never been worn at a wedding or taken outside our studio. Some may show minor signs of handling, and any noticeable imperfections will be disclosed in the product description.

How quickly will my veil be shipped?

Unlike our made-to-order veils, all veils in this collection are already made and ready for dispatch. Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Can I customise the length, colour or design?

Unfortunately, ready-to-ship veils cannot be customised, as each piece is already finished. Please check the measurements, colour and design details carefully before purchasing.

Are the ready-to-ship veils available in different colours?

Each veil is available only in the colour specified in its product description, generally Soft White or Ivory. If you're unsure which colour will complement your wedding dress, please contact us before ordering. We're always happy to help.

Will sold-out veils be restocked?

Many veils in this collection are one-of-a-kind pieces, discontinued designs or special-length veils that won't be restocked. Once sold, they may no longer be available.

Can I return or exchange a ready-to-ship veil?

Due to the delicate nature of our wedding veils and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This policy applies to all Madame Tulle veils, including our made-to-order designs, ready-to-ship pieces and studio samples.

We take great care in inspecting each veil before dispatch. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at veils@madametulle.com.au so we can arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement where applicable, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
