2. PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Unless otherwise stated, all Madame Tulle veils and accessories are handmade and made-to-order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur between items, including but not limited to:

- Pearl or embellishment positioning
- Fabric drape
- Veil fullness
- Hand-sewn finishing details
These variations are considered part of the unique handmade nature of the product and are not considered faults.
Tulle swatches and fabric samples may be purchased separately and are not classified as made-to-order items.

3. PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS & HANDMADE VARIATIONS
Due to the handmade nature of our veils and accessories, slight variations in measurements may occur.
Veil lengths, widths, lace placement, embellishment positioning, and overall drape may vary slightly from the listed product measurements.
A measurement variance of approximately 3–10cm may occur depending on:
- Handmade construction
- Veil fullness
- Fabric behaviour

- Measuring methods
These variations are considered normal and are not regarded as faults or defects.

4. VEIL COLOURS & BRIDAL COLOUR VARIATIONS
Madame Tulle veils are available in:
- Soft White
- Ivory
Our Soft White is a soft bridal white and is not considered a stark or bright white.
Our Ivory is a classic bridal ivory designed to complement the most common wedding gown shades used by bridal designers and boutiques.
Please note:
- Bridal fabrics naturally vary between designers and manufacturers
- There are many different shades of ivory and white across the bridal industry
- Exact colour matching between veils and gowns cannot be guaranteed
Screen displays, lighting, photography, fabric textures, and dye batches may affect colour appearance. Minor colour variations are not considered faults.
Customers concerned about colour matching are encouraged to purchase fabric swatches prior to ordering.

5. CUSTOMISATION
Madame Tulle offers limited customisation options on selected original designs, including:
- Veil length adjustments

All customisations are subject to approval and production capacity.
We do not accept:
- Fully custom veil designs
- Copies or recreations of third-party designs

6. CUSTOM QUOTES & PERSONALISED REQUESTS
Custom sizing, embroidery personalisation, embellishment modifications, lace adjustments, and other approved customisation requests may require a separate quotation prior to order confirmation.
All custom quotes provided by Madame Tulle are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
After this period, pricing, material availability, production timelines, and customisation fees may be subject to change without notice.
Custom quotes are provided based on the specific details discussed at the time of enquiry. Any additional changes or requests may require a revised quotation.
Production will not commence until payment has been received and the custom order has been confirmed in writing.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Pricing or listing errors
- Production limitations
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Unavailable materials
- Requests outside our design scope
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, an appropriate refund will be issued where applicable.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request to cancel their order within 3 days of purchase, provided production has not yet commenced.
After this 3-day period, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified as materials, scheduling, and production preparations may already be underway.
Once production has commenced, all orders become final.
Customised orders or approved modifications may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to veils@madametulle.com.au.
Please note that rush orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.

9. ORDER CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS
Customers may request order changes or modifications within 3 days of purchase, provided production has not yet commenced.
After this period, changes may not be possible due to production scheduling, material preparation, and handmade manufacturing processes.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Veil length changes
- Width or fullness adjustments
- Lace or embellishment modifications
- Comb or attachment changes
- Embroidery or personalisation updates
- Colour changes
- Custom sizing adjustments
Once production has commenced, additional changes, modifications, or redesign requests cannot be guaranteed and may be declined at Madame Tulle’s discretion.
Where possible, approved late modifications may incur additional fees and extended production timeframes.

10. ORDER NOTES & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, customisation requests, and special instructions are submitted clearly in writing at the time of purchase.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Comb requests
- Veil length adjustments
- Lace or embellishment modifications
- Personalisation embroidery
- Attachment preferences
- Custom sizing requests
Discussions during bridal appointments, consultations, emails, social media messages, or verbal conversations are not considered confirmed order instructions unless included in the final written order confirmation or approved in writing by Madame Tulle.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation carefully before production begins.
Madame Tulle is not responsible for omissions, misunderstandings, or unsubmitted requests that were not formally included in the final order details.

11. RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders are subject to approval by Madame Tulle prior to purchase and are accepted strictly based on our current production capacity and workload at the time of enquiry.
Customers requesting a rush order must contact us before placing an order to confirm availability. If a rush order is approved, we may provide a specific timeframe within which the order must be placed (for example, on the same day the approval is given). Due to the nature of our production schedule and the regular acceptance of rush orders, availability can change at any time. If the order is not placed within the timeframe provided, the original approval is no longer guaranteed, and the customer must contact us again to reconfirm availability and production capacity.
Rush orders will only be secured once full payment has been received and the order has been successfully placed through our website.
Please note that all approved rush orders are final and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once the order has been placed, due to the expedited scheduling and production processes involved.
For international orders, customers are responsible for allowing adequate time for shipping, customs clearance, and any unforeseen courier delays. Depending on the required delivery timeframe and destination country, customers may be required to upgrade to a faster shipping service at checkout, including EMS (Express Post) or DHL Express. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout and it is the customer’s responsibility to select the appropriate shipping option to ensure delivery by the required date, including wedding dates, departure dates, or event dates.
While every effort will be made to accommodate urgent requests, Madame Tulle reserves the right to decline any rush order request if we are unable to meet the required timeframe without affecting production quality or existing commitments.

15. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Madame Tulle is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for redelivery.
Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

16. FAILED DELIVERIES & UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a parcel is marked as:
- Unclaimed
- Refused
- Undeliverable
- Returned to sender
the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs.
Madame Tulle is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, including recipient names and delivery addresses
- Failure to collect parcels
- Failure to respond to courier contact attempts
- Failure to monitor tracking updates
Orders Delivered to an Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Parcels
As all veils are handmade to order, Madame Tulle is unable to provide complimentary remakes, replacements, or refunds for parcels that are unclaimed, refused, undeliverable, delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or awaiting return to sender.
If a parcel is returned to sender, it may only be resent once it has been successfully returned to and received by Madame Tulle. Return transit times may vary significantly, particularly for international shipments, and may take several weeks or longer.
Madame Tulle is not responsible for parcels that remain unclaimed, are lost during return transit, or are not returned by the shipping carrier. Complimentary remakes, replacements, or refunds will not be provided in these circumstances.

17. LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Madame Tulle is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
This includes:
- Parcels stolen after delivery
- Parcels left unattended at the delivery address
- Deliveries accepted by another person at the address
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information carefully and provide a secure delivery location.
Signature-on-delivery services may be requested where available.

18. DAMAGED PACKAGING & TRANSIT DAMAGE
We are not responsible for minor packaging damage caused during shipping or handling where the product itself remains undamaged.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty due to transit, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

- Clear photographs of the damaged item
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

19. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

- Decisions made by family members, bridal parties, or stylists

Returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Free from perfume, makeup, stains, or scents
- Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories
Once approved, we may provide:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund where applicable
If a replacement item is required, we will advise the estimated production timeframe before dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
